Howdahl, 68, of Greenbush, MN, died on Friday, June 26, 2009 in the Karlstad
Healthcare Center at Karlstad, MN.
Harold
Lloyd Howdahl, Sr., the son of John and Gertrude
(Witt) Howdahl, was born March 16, 1941 at Spooner,
MN. He grew up and attended school in
the Baudette, MN area. He drove truck
for Peter Burkel of Greenbush before he bought his
own truck in 1970. He has been a
self-employed trucker since. He married Lillian Stauffenecker on
June 19, 1970 at Webster, SD. They lived
at Greenbush and Harold continued in the trucking business. Harold enjoyed fishing and hunting and he
loved to spend time with the grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held on Tuesday,
June 30, 2009 in United Free Lutheran Church of Greenbush with Pastor LeRoy Petersen & Pastor Alvin Sather, officiating. Organist was Rachel Green and Jody Kirkeide was the vocalist.
Casket
Bearers were Jesse Graff, Clayton Johnson, Ray Schaller, Lambert Schires, Brent & Bryan Solie,
Jim Swenson & Mike Underdahl. Honorary
Pallbearers were all of the Grandchildren.
Interment was in Pauli Lutheran Cemetery of rural Greenbush with Gieseke Funeral Chapel of Greenbush in charge of
arrangements.
