Dominic Pulczinski,
67, of Greenbush, MN, died on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at his home in
Greenbush.
Dominic Francis Pulczinski, the
son of Vincent & Frances (Pietruszewski) Pulczinski, was born December 15,
1943 at Roseau, MN. He grew up on the
family farm near Leo, rural Greenbush, MN. He attended school at Greenbush and
graduated from Greenbush High School in 1961.
He worked at Kiene Farms at Kennedy, MN and at
Dickson Farms at Gilby, ND. He also worked in curb & gutter
construction in the Twin Cities. Nick
married Judy Gonshorowski on September 4, 1971 at
Minneapolis. They then lived at Gilby, ND until they
returned to Greenbush in 1973. He began working at Robertson Lumber Co. (later
Greenbush Lumber) where he worked until he retired in November of 2009.
Nick had served in the US Army and was a
member of the Moen-Zimek Post 88, American Legion of
Greenbush. He enjoyed hunting, fishing,
gardening, building construction and just being outdoors. He also enjoyed cooking and baking bread.
Nick is survived by his wife—Judy. Children:
Jason (Nicole) Pulczinski of Farmington, MN,
Janelle Pulczinski of Madison, WI & Jesse
(Samantha) Pulczinski of Greenbush.

He was preceded in death by his parents,
an infant son—John, sister—Toni (& Clayton) Kjos
and an infant brother—Vincent.
Dominic
Pulczinski died on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at his
home in Greenbush at the age of 67 years and 29 days. Many enjoyed his uncanny
sense of humor but mostly he will be remembered for his gentle heart and his infinite
wisdom.
Funeral Service was held on Monday, January 17, 2011 at in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Greenbush with Father Bill DeCrans, officiating. Music was provided by Jeanne Novacek and The Contemporary Band. Bernie Reese and Marita Becker were the Readers. The Altar Servers were Joe Stusynski, Ely & Ethan Novacek. The Gift Bearers were Nick’s eight Goddaughters. Jerome & Elinor Kosenina served as Eucharistic Ministers. The Casket Bearers were Jerry Maxwell, Harlan Olson, Leroy & Albin Pulczinski, Arlyn Anderson and Craig Lindahl. Military Honors were provided by Moen-Zimek Post 88, American Legion of Greenbush. Interment was in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Cemetery of Greenbush with Gieseke Funeral Chapel of Greenbush in charge of arrangements.
