Delores Wojciechowski

Delores Wojciechowski, 77, of Greenbush, MN, died Thursday, July 16, 2015 in Evergreen Terrace Healthcare Center at Grand Rapids, MN.

Delores Wojciechowski was born Delores Elaine Melby, the daughter of Hans T. & Selma Georgina (Dokken) Melby, on January 13, 1938 at Juneberry, MN. She grew up and attended country school at Juneberry to the eighth grade where she received straight A’s. She was very proud of that achievement. She was baptized and confirmed at Oiland Lutheran Church, north of Greenbush, MN.

Delores was married to Harley John Wojciechowski on August 11, 1955 in Greenbush. They lived at Greenbush where she raised their twelve children. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, music, singing and playing the piano, guitar & accordion, bird watching and visiting with family and friends.

She is survived by children:

She was preceded in death by her husband Harley on October 24, 2002, her daughters Theresa Osse in 2006 & Debbie Cimbura in 2014 and 2 grandsons, Matthew Wojciechowski & Travis Curfman, and many other relatives.

Funeral Services were held on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at 2 PM in Oiland Lutheran Church of rural Greenbush, with Reverend David Nelson, officiating.

Music was provided by Donna Graff, Bill Wagner & Ruth Graff. Pallbearers were Keith & Larry Wojciechowski, Mike Cimbura, Don Osse Jr., Brody Bulow & Kurt Wojchowski.

Burial was in Oiland Cemetery with Gieseke Funeral Chapel of Greenbush in charge of funeral arrangements.
